The Fischer Investment Group’s mission is to obtain for its investor clients “new homes and townhomes” at a price which minimizes our investor’s exposure to potential market price decline! In other words, the investor’s risk of loss is minimal. The Group uses its buying power to negotiate master purchase arrangements (with both New Homebuilders & Banks) for properties at a price that is “well below” their estimated replacement cost (based on a worst economic case basis) and “well below their present Market Value.” Investing this way establishes “true bottom-floor prices” and “real core value” for our investor participants. Each investor is allowed to buy direct from the Builder or Seller, at the net negotiated master price. There is no spread built into any deal. “
It is our philosophy that the profit in most investments is determined when you buy, and not when you sell!
”
“No other Realtor, Investor or Builder employee” can buy the same exact property from the Builder for the same price, as what is obtained by members of the Group. The typical Fischer Group investor expects to earn anywhere from 50% per year (ROI) to upwards of 200% per year (ROI)! The Group has relationships with local rental operations in order to facilitate the rental of Group member properties. We do not buy properties that require additional maintenance or capital (on the investors part) to get the property ready for Rent or for Sale, initially. These properties come Rent Ready & Turn Key Ready! Our Group is one of the largest buyers of homes in the US today! The Group invests in many regions of the US, based on a series of criteria. There is no fee required in order to join the Fischer Investment Group.
